How do I report an incident to Compliatric’s hotline?

With our hotline service, a toll free number is provided for your team’s use.  The hotline is answered 24 hours per day, 365 days per year and calls are logged in real time.  With Compliatric’s Incident Reporting module, events/incidents/concerns may also be submitted online or when logged into your operating system.

Yes, Compliatric allows for anonymous reporting. Anonymity availability is determined by you, by incident type.  Anonymous reporters still have the ability to communicate with caseworkers through the incident reporting portal, allowing for additional information gathering and ensuring your concerns are addressed.

Compliatric is equipped to handle all incident/event types. You can customize the system to include any specific incident types relevant to your organization, then select which types you want accessible via the hotline.

Incident reports are managed with advanced security controls, ensuring that information is accessible only to authorized individuals. Confidentiality is further protected by allowing anonymous reporting and secure communication channels.

Once an incident is reported, it is logged in your system and a notification is automatically sent to the appropriate Incident Manager/Case Worker or team for investigation. Our system allows for efficient incident management; investigators are able to utilize our incident interaction tools to gather further information and/or documentation from the reporter.
