Krystal Taylor serves as the Director of Sales at Compliatric, where she leads strategic partnerships and client success initiatives with a focus on helping community health centers streamline their compliance operations. With over six years at Compliatric, Krystal brings a deep understanding of the unique regulatory and operational challenges CHCs face—and how the right technology can solve them.
She has worked closely with health centers across the country, including many in Michigan, guiding them through platform adoption and demonstrating how to transform compliance from a pain point into a performance advantage.
Krystal holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Wayne State University, providing her with a strong foundation in adult learning and instructional design—skills she uses to support CHCs through training, change management, and implementation strategies that stick.
In this session, Krystal will co-lead a conversation alongside current Compliatric clients and in-house expert Jessica Gordon, showing attendees exactly how health centers like Lynn CHC are using the platform to reduce administrative burden, improve readiness, and build lasting operational resilience.
Jessica Gordon is Compliatric’s in-house expert and Content Manager, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on experience helping community health centers translate complex compliance needs into actionable, efficient workflows. With a background in implementation and operations, Jessica has led cross-functional projects across product development, training, onboarding, and client success—making her uniquely equipped to guide CHCs through the practical side of compliance transformation.
As the architect behind Compliatric’s centralized knowledge base and user documentation library, Jessica plays a key role in reducing onboarding time and improving platform adoption across hundreds of users.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Missouri Western State University, where she developed a strong foundation in systems analysis and workflow design—skills that now directly support her work improving health center operations.
In this user-led session, Jessica will be joined by current Michigan clients to share how health centers can achieve operational excellence and compliance confidence—just like Lynn CHC did—by using Compliatric’s integrated platform.
