We have noticed in the Document Request list provided by HRSA that there are documents that are required in more than one section. How do we handle that when we provide documents for review?
The Compliance Manual and Operational Site Visit Protocol work together and at times use some of the same documents in various sections to assess compliance. As an example, Needs Assessment documents are also used in Clinical Staffing, Locations and Hours of Operations, and so on. As you prepare for your Virtual Site Visit, upload all documents to each area required; therefore, the Needs Assessment may be uploaded in 3 different areas. Having the document or documents uploaded in various areas allows the reviewer to focus on each Chapter and search for documents that are required.
