In order to demonstrate compliance with Chapter 18 Program Monitoring and Data Reporting Systems of the Health Center Compliance Manual, the health center must collect data to ensure proper oversight of operations. This includes systems to collect and organize data related to the scope of project. The health center should be able to present the following reports: 

  • Patient utilization, 
  • Trends and patterns in the patient population, and 
  • The overall performance to support informed decisions.
